Rooms and Suites
We live in one of the units on the 2nd floor and rent out the other 4! There are two on the 1st floor, one across from us on the 2nd floor, and one on the 3rd floor. Each unit has a private bath, TV, WIFI, AC, and some side furniture. Other than that the units on each floor have a different configuration.
Each unit on the 1st floor has one queen bed.
The 2nd floor has a queen and a twin bed, kitchenette and private entrance to the backyard.
The 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with a twin, kitchenette, sitting room, walk-in shower, large deck and private entrance to the back yard.
Pricing - Nightly for June through Sept 15, (2 night minimum, weekly rates get one night free)
S1 - $189, one queen, $25 Linen, $30 Cleaning Fee
N1 - $199, one queen, $25 Linen, $30 Cleaning Fee
S2 - $290, one queen, one twin, $35 Linen, $40 Cleaning Fee
3rd - $400, 3 bed rooms, two with queens, one twin; sitting room, kitchenette, walk-in shower, Deck; $60 Linen, $75 Cleaning Fee
Pricing - Nightly Sept 16 through Oct 31, (2 night minimum, weekly rates get one night free)
S1 - $340, plus fees as above
N1 - $350, plus fees as above
S2 - $400, plus fees as above
3rd - $550, plus fees as above
